Community & Participation Guidelines

A family-friendly, faith-based gathering

Reconnect is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, safe, and beneficial experience for attendees and families. By attending, guests are expected to help preserve an environment consistent with the purpose and values of the gathering.

Attendee Privacy & Recording

Please respect the privacy of attendees and families. Photographing, filming, livestreaming, or otherwise recording other attendees or families without their permission is not permitted. Official Reconnect photography and videography may take place during the event.

Media Coverage & Credentials

Individuals or organizations attending for press, media coverage, interviews, professional content creation, or similar event coverage must receive prior approval from Reconnect and obtain any required media credentials before conducting such activities.

Respectful Use of Shared Spaces

Hallways, lounges, gathering areas, and other shared spaces may not be used for unauthorized debates, campaigning, demonstrations, solicitation, or other activities that disrupt the conference experience, obstruct movement, or materially interfere with other attendees or scheduled programming.

Speakers, Presenters & Guests

Views and opinions expressed by individual speakers, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, or guests are their own and do not necessarily represent the views, positions, or policies of Reconnect or its organizers.

Conduct & Removal

Disruptive, unsafe, harassing, threatening, or materially interfering behavior is not permitted. Reconnect will take appropriate action to protect the safety, order, and family-friendly environment of the gathering. This may include requiring an attendee to leave a session, program, or the venue for violations of these guidelines, subject to applicable law and venue policies.
